Letting Packages

We offer our Clients a variety of packages to suit the need & are willing to negotiate an individually designed package that will suit your requirements.

Please find below our base packages and what we can offer; 

 

bronze packageThe Bronze Tenant Finding Package:

We offer an unlimited time marketing base and answering service designed to assist a Landlord in finding their own tenant. Ideal for those landlords who prefer to look after their property but don’t have the marketing access to finding a wider variety of tenants to choose from and want to be involved in the day-to-day activities of the tenancy, such as collecting rent, chasing arrears and general maintenance.

silver packageThe Silver Tenant Finding Package:

We deal with marketing the property, arrange & attend viewings, vetting of potential tenants and lease documentation. Collect the first month’s rent and arrange bank standing orders for the rent collection direct to the landlord. This package is ideal for those landlords whom wish to be involved in the day-to-day management and maintenance of the property and all that entails.

gold packageThe Gold Comprehensive Package:

This package offers the maximum level of service to the landlord. We’ll manage the letting of your property from beginning to end and keep you informed every step of the way therefore eliminating the hassle and worry that landlords have to cope with. This service is ideal if you do not want to have a hands-on involvement in the day-to-day running of your property. This service contract includes all the benefits of The Silver Tenant Finding Package along with:

  • Rent collection and chase rents as required each calender month.

  • Ensure an inventory is prepared on the property’s content and condition.

  • Organise 12 weekly visit checks to ensure the property is kept in good order.

  • Organise any necessary repair work, using our panel of qualified and approved contractors.

  • Complete the Handover and Takeover of the property at an agreed time and date to check the tenant out of the property and assess any damage and unreasonable wear and tear once they are ready to leave or you require your property back.

  • Process the tenant’s security deposit upon satisfactory settlement of any damage and unreasonable wear and tear.
