Costs of renting a property Tenants are required to pay a Holding Deposit which is Non Refundable if the application process fails in any way unless the landlord decides not to proceed. All tenants are required to pay a non refundable fee of £50 +VAT to the Agency to allow Credit & Vetting Checks to be carried out.
