Our tenants rent good quality properties with full support & guidance whilst letting/renting the property with The Property Centre(Scotland) Ltd.
A fully operational 24 hour telephone number is available for managed property tenants to call with Emergencies such as no heating, no hot water, water leaks, any sanitation issues.... as the Repairing Standard requires for the landlord to respond to & supply. A fully vetted Maintenance team will respond to faults as required. We visit the property every 12 weeks in order to resolve any potential issues. We encourage our tenants to bring to our attention all issues as soon as they happen so as to limit further complications that occur during the tenancy. In return for this level of support; ` Tenants are to pay the rent as required under the Lease Schedule. (Your rent can be paid by bank transfer, cash at the office, card payments including Debit, Electron, Maestro, CHAPS, BACS, FPI & Standing Order's, bank drafts & postal orders however payment using a Credit Card incur a 3% charge & we do not accept any form of personal or company cheque. Tenants are to maintain the property correctly, respectfully and in the proper manner. ....its as simple as that!.. |
